Bott Bakery brings traditional sourdough baking and handcrafted pastries to Dunajská Streda. Founded in 2020, the bakery was created with the goal of offering naturally prepared, high quality bakery products made with passion and attention to detail.

The bread is made using natural sourdough and slow fermentation processes that can last more than 24 hours. This gives the products their rich flavour, soft texture and improved digestibility. The selection includes artisan breads, croissants, pain au chocolat, sweet and savoury pastries as well as traditional regional specialties prepared with a modern approach.

Bott Bakery places strong emphasis on the quality of ingredients. Premium butter and carefully selected ingredients from the Carpathian Basin are used in the production process to ensure authentic taste and excellent quality.
